18th Congress of the International Society for Folk Narrative Research was held, due to COVID-19, virtually in Zagreb, Croatia, 5–8 September, 2021. The theme of the conference was “Encountering Emotions in Folk Narrative and Folklife”. The theme for the ISFNR Folk Belief Network Sessions was “Fear of the Other“.
